These are probably the best way to look and feel younger. It will change your body just as if they were anti aging hormones. What you are proposing however, is in line with the “Aging-Clock” Theory, the idea that we have a biological clock inbuilt into our nervous or endocrine system. There is always surgery to make you appear younger, but there is nothing to actually reverse the aging process going on in your body.
Scientists are currently still working on why people age, and there are plenty of theories and research out there putting bits and pieces together, but they still don’t know what causes it.
